Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. Booking ahead helps us check parts for your model and plan time for your repair.
How long does a repair take?
Many common repairs can be completed the same day, subject to diagnostics, parts availability, and current workload. Some repairs take longer when a part needs to be ordered. We'll give you an expected timeline with your estimate.
Will I receive an estimate first?
Yes. We inspect your device and give you an estimate before any repair work begins. We only proceed after you approve it.
Is my data safe during repair?
We handle every device carefully and only access what's needed to test the repair. Most repairs don't affect stored data, but we recommend backing up your device before any repair. Never send passwords or PINs through our website forms. If testing requires access, we'll ask you in person.
What does the repair warranty cover?
Eligible repairs include a 90-day limited warranty on the part we installed and our workmanship. Coverage depends on the service and part used, and doesn't cover new physical damage, liquid exposure after the repair, or unrelated faults. It is our own warranty, not manufacturer coverage.
Do you use original manufacturer parts?
We use quality replacement parts selected according to availability and your preference. Part options and their price differences are explained before you approve the repair.
What should I bring with my device?
Bring the device, its charger if it has one, and any case or accessories related to the problem. Back up your data if you can, and remove any SIM or memory cards you'd like to keep.
